LaDondra Wilson, MSW
LaDondra Wilson serves as the Director of Leadership Programs at the Dallas Regional Chamber, where she manages the Executive Women’s Roundtable and Leadership Dallas Alumni leadership programs. LaDondra engages the business community by supporting the development of leaders and help address and meet the broader needs for a qualified workforce. LaDondra is a proud graduate of Leadership Southlake.
After graduating from Texas State University, LaDondra worked as a Master level social worker with an emphasis in Advanced Administrative Leadership for both public and private non-profit organizations. LaDondra's work has focused on addressing macro social problems in addition to leadership development through direct practice with clients, non-profit management, program development and, program evaluation. Ms. Wilson has been awarded the Tarrant County Case Manager of the Year. She obtained a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Center of Nonprofit Management (CNM). LaDondra is currently a doctoral candidate whose research focuses on community development and solving social issues through innovative social entrepreneurship. As a small business owner, LaDondra is passionate about incorporating social impact within entrepreneurial endeavors.
A proud native of Southern Dallas (Oak Cliff), currently LaDondra serves as the Vice President of the Mayor's Star Council, serves on The Dallas Heroes Board of Directors, Advisory Board of Chasing Grace, and the Texas Central Young Professionals Advisory Council. Additionally, she is a member of the Step Up Impact Committee; a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters, a member of the inaugural class of Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy; and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Recently, the Parkland Foundation awarded LaDondra the 2020 Community First Award and has been named a Millennial to Watch as a Community Server and featured in Dallas Weekly newspaper.
